Shipping and Delivery

Our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier. In this way we can make huge savings on both storage and transport costs and we can deliver our products at a lower price than the competition. Therefore, take into account an average delivery time of 15 to 23 working days in the Netherlands and a delivery time of 20 to 30 days in Belgium.

Have you not received your order after the indicated delivery time or have you other questions? Then contact us!

Shipping costs:

We fully take care of the shipping costs of our products worldwide. All our products are delivered to you for free. No minimum order value is required.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. Products can be returned if the product does not match the product in our webshop. Products must be returned in their original condition and with tags and labels. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own. The costs for returns are for the customer.

Our products may only be removed from the packaging for testing purposes.

A return shipment must be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

If we have received the items returned by you, the purchase amount will be refunded by us to your account within 5 days.

Exchange and return

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@meostore.nl We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

PAY ATTENTION! A return shipment must first be reported so that we can provide additional instructions regarding the return and are also aware that we can expect a shipment.
